License Management

This article explains what you can do in the License Management page, how you can purchase a new subscription, and what options are available to you.

Important: At this time, adding expansion packs for more users to your ongoing subscription is not possible via the License Management page. 

Please contact us to request more expansion packs for your ongoing subscription.

Navigation

To see the License Management, select [License Management] in the top bar to proceed.

Important: License Management is only visible to Supervisors. Managers and Users do not see this option.

Purchasing a new license

In the License Management, you can choose between two different licenses:

• Essential (our license with essential features of TimeMoto)
• Plus (our license with all available features of TimeMoto)

Under Quantity, you can select how many users you want to include in your license. You can do this in steps of 25.

Important: Selecting more users under Quantity will activate a new license. If you want to only add users to your existing subscription, please contact us via the Contact Form.

You can verify the number of active users via Settings > Users, where you select the “User status” filter and choose “Active users” only. The total number of active users is then shown at the bottom right.

Once you selected everything you need, click on “Subscribe”. The system may ask you to confirm your email first. You will then be forwarded to the payment page, where you can finish your order.

Note: At this time, our subscriptions are only available by credit card or via Link.

Renewing a license

If you are unsure about your license expiration date, please contact us. We recommend renewing licenses on the expiration date or shortly after since renewals are applied immediately regardless of remaining time.

If you renewed or purchased your license after May 2026, your subscription will automatically renew for the next billing period, so you no longer need to purchase a new license manually.
